Job description The Vestas Offshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within Belgium. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Organize and plan daily offshore wind farm operations, including shift rotations and crew (SOV/CTV) changes
- Lead morning briefs, toolbox talks, and coordinate subcontractors
- Monitor CMS, perform turbine visits and restarts, and resolve technical and quality issues
- Complete daily reports, shadow data, and ensure documentation is stored on SharePoint and Customer Portal
- Review Power BI and other analysis tools; Bachelor Degree or similar)
- IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook & data processing and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Offshore experience. Completed GWO training will be an asset
- Experienced in using ERP system (SAP)
