Are you interested in new technology and have an electrical, mechanical or hydraulics background? We are looking for an Offshore Service Technician to work in Oostende. Job description The Vestas Offshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees. Carry out maintenance on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems as directed by Supervisor - Maintaining and upgrading installation activities - Responsible for the frictionless operation of our turbines and use of our systems like Condition Monitoring / Remote Control - Fluent in English, Dutch will be advantageous - Living in Belgium or close to the Oostende area (100 km) or willing to relocate on own expense Team-oriented person - Comfortable working offshore and at heights, coping with the respective issues that this brings - You recognize your own limitations and willing to seek help when needed You will become part of a highly professional, culturally diverse team in a constantly growing industry.
