🏢 Project Context

For a major project in Brussels, we are looking to reinforce the ServiceNow team. The platform is based on ServiceNow SaaS, covering ITSM, SPM, HR and other applications.

The team is responsible for:

• Troubleshooting existing ServiceNow solutions (mainly ITSM)
• Configuration, deployment, administration, and monitoring
• Software updates & release management
• Continuous improvement (monitoring, release testing, deployment)

🧪 Role – ServiceNow Tester

You will leverage your ServiceNow expertise to support Knowledge Management and Testing activities, with a strong focus on automated testing (ATF). The main scope is ITSM, but also includes ITAM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and SPM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain automated testing scenarios (ATF)
• Execute functional and regression tests across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Identify and document errors during testing
• Contribute to business user story testing
• Maintain clear documentation in Knowledge Management
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure platform quality

🧰 Mandatory Skills & Certifications (candidates must have all, or be willing to obtain missing ones):

• ✅ ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (or 6+ months experience)
• ✅ ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Certification (or 6+ months experience)
• ✅ ITIL Foundation Certification
• Proven experience with:
• ServiceNow ITSM
• Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ServiceManager)
• Documentation and knowledge management
• Business user story testing

💡 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (HR, ITOM, ITAM, SPM…)
• Knowledge of European Commission IT environment
• Additional ServiceNow product certifications

🌍 Language Requirements:

• English – B2 minimum
• French – B2 minimum
