The team you'll be part of
Nokia Bell Labs is the world-renowned research arm of Nokia, having invented many of the foundational technologies that underpin information and communications networks and all digital devices and systems. This research has produced nine Nobel Prizes, five Turing Awards and numerous other awards.
The Data Driven Software Systems Research team builds reliable, trustworthy and intuitive software systems. Research areas in the team include distributed computing, decentralized computing, AI/ML software systems, and privacy-preserving & trust insertion technologies. Our mission is to increase trust in trustless environments by re-thinking the design of data and compute infrastructures. We create novel technologies and scalable software systems with mathematical verification at their core, enabling secure collaboration and federation while ensuring trust, privacy, provenance and verification. We are looking for a researcher on Privacy Enhancing Technologies (MPC, ZKP, FHE, ...) to join us.
Our international team is based in Antwerp (Belgium) and Stuttgart (Germany).
