Senior Customer Service Manager

Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading Biopharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Manager, Customer Service (EMEA).

This is a remote-based position in Belgium, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating logistics operations across the EMEA region as part of the global supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities across the region.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including warehousing and transportation.
• Manage distribution operations, building strong partnerships with 3PL and 4PL providers.
• Define and implement a customer service strategy for the EMEA region.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.

Your Profile:

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Contract Manufacturing customer service.
• Proven track record of working with CMOs, CDMOs, 3PLs, or 4PLs.
• Deep knowledge of GMP/GDP and regulated supply chain environments.
