About the Role

Phrenos is seeking a seasoned Communication and Team Management Expert to lead high-impact, 360° campaigns in Ethiopia. Your leadership will drive the design and execution of powerful, results-oriented communication strategies, leaving a tangible mark on public perception and engagement.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in creating campaigns that resonate and drive change.

• Work in a hybrid setting (partially home-based, partially field-based), offering both flexibility and immersive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of culturally resonant 360° communication campaigns—strategising, innovating, and evaluating impact across online and offline channels.
• Mentor a high-performing team, align all activities with project goals, and manage relationships with local and international stakeholders to drive measurable results.

Your Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in strategic communication, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on East Africa.
• Languages: Fluent English (C2) and professional French (B2). Knowledge of local languages is a strong asset.
• Mindset: Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments, adapt to cultural nuances, and thrive under pressure.
