At this stage, our focus is on creating high-quality business and HR content for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, growing our audience, and building a strong learning community.

Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated student intern to join as an HR & Content Creator. Your main task will be to gather information and use AI tools to create professional presentations and add AI-generated voiceovers. This role is flexible, 100% remote, and task-based, making it perfect for students who want hands-on experience in HR, business content creation, and AI-driven tools while being part of an early-stage startup journey.

We offer an opportunity that, while unpaid, includes a performance-based reward system. Interns who contribute significantly to revenue-generating projects will be eligible for rewards proportional to their individual contributions.

Responsibilities

• Research and summarize HR and business administration topics.
• Design clear and professional presentations using AI tools.
• Add AI-generated voice narration to presentations.
• Deliver weekly video lessons ready for upload to YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Contribute creative ideas to make content engaging for viewers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Must be an enrolled student.
• Good English proficiency (written & spoken).
• Interest in AI tools, HR, and content creation.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
