We are seeking a
Management Assistant
to join our
Real Estate Tax Services team
at our Brussels (
Diegem
) office.
Your impact
As a Management Assistant, your responsibilities
include:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail.
Provide support to Partners, Directors and Managers
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist
in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

About you
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French and
a very good
knowledge of English
