Solution Architect

Your Mission

, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate with
Tribe Leads
,
Lead Developers
,
Release Engineers
, and
Product Owners
to design scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Translating business requirements into robust, well-architected solutions aligned with standards and guidelines.
• Planning and developing architectural runways for projects in coordination with relevant teams.
• Acting as a key decision-maker for solution design and architecture.
• Driving adoption of architectural standards and best practices.
• Reviewing technical designs to ensure consistency with the target architecture.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect and at least 5 years in Agile methodology.
• Strong technical expertise with proven ability to design and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills to challenge and inspire stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Experience in architecture/design modeling techniques and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise (proficiency in at least 2 of the following domains):

Cloud & Architecture Expertise

• Proven experience in public cloud designs/architectures (AWS, Azure).
• Hybrid cloud/on-premise and multicloud environments.
• Bonus: knowledge of mobile (iOS/Android) design/architecture.

Backend & Event-Driven Systems

• Strong knowledge of Java (JEE/Spring Boot) and (Typescript).
• Expertise with Kafka for event streaming.
• Solid understanding of service-oriented and event-driven architectures (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, AVRO) and security standards.

Frontend & Multichannel Technologies

• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (Angular).
• Experience with multichannel and micro-frontend patterns.

Data & Persistence Solutions

• Knowledge of modern data persistence solutions: RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle), document and key-value databases.

Security & SDLC Best Practices

• Strong awareness of security standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery.
