Event Sales Representative


We're looking for someone dynamic and proactive to join the team working on
Odoo Experience
, our biggest event of the year, taking place every September in Belgium.

Your role will be to
sell booths, Startup Village spots, and upsell tickets
. You'll also
follow up
with partners and leads and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience leading up to the event.

You'll do a lot of
prospection
, so we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to reach out, even without a ready-made list.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell
    exhibitor stands, Startup Village booths, and ticket upgrades
  • Prospect
    and reach out to potential partners and attendees
  • Manage
    relationships with existing leads and clients

Must have:

  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with prospecting
  • Autonomous, proactive, and organized
  • Available to start beginning of November
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales, event planning, or partnerships
  • Interest in tech, startups, or the event industry
  • Knowledge of Odoo or our ecosystem
