Functional Analyst

Ready to make an impact as a Functional / Business Analyst?

I am currently looking for a Functional Analyst who loves turning business needs into smart digital solutions.

If you enjoy bridging people, processes, and technology and have a good grasp of Java-based applications this is the role for you.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
• Analyze and optimize processes to ensure applications deliver real value.
• Use your Java know-how to connect business needs with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers on user-friendly designs.
• Support testing, rollouts, and continuous system improvements.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and solid English (B1/B2).
• A proactive team player with a passion for digital innovation.
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
