As a Customer Care Representative & Order Processing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers (architects, installers & partners). In this role, you'll handle the quotation & order process from start to finish—understanding customer needs, suggesting the ideal products, and offering technical guidance. You will collaborate with our internal & external sales team to ensure the orderprocess correctly and customer relationships are strengthened.
