HannaSophiaCo is hiring for an exciting client in the health optimisation space.

Role: Strategic Partnerships & Ops Lead

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Our client is a pioneering, profitable, fast-scaling business transforming how healthcare professionals access and deliver integrative care. Already trusted by thousands of practitioners across Europe, they're backed by top investors and scaling 3x year-on-year.

We're looking for someone with a RevOps / Sales Ops / BizOps background to build and lead the Partnerships & Catalogue function. This is a high-impact role, reporting to the founders and shaping revenue, practitioner experience, and partner growth.

Key focus areas:

  • Build and optimise a market-leading product catalogue

  • Drive and scale high-value partnerships with laboratories

  • Set up scalable processes, tools, and KPIs

  • Collaborate with Sales & Product to deliver measurable impact

You: 3–5 years in a startup/scale-up, strong analytical + commercial mindset, autonomous, tool-savvy (HubSpot, Notion, Excel, AI), and motivated to own a growth-critical vertical.
