Quality Assurance Specalist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Develop and maintain information systems (IS) quality control procedures.
• Define and provide quality plans and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct IS quality control and performance evaluations.
• Deliver quality studies, assessments, and related analyses for information system projects.
• Define, design, manage, and report on quality tests.
• Provide guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies.
• Coordinate and oversee test campaigns.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree with minimum of 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 13 years of relevant experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in functional/manual testing, with good knowledge of the financial and audit domain. Experience with workflow platforms such as Camunda is a plus.
• Knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in information systems quality assurance and quality control practices.
• Experience implementing and following quality procedures.
• At least 1 year of experience in the information systems lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience in test data management using relational databases.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent will be considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
