As part of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients with technical inquiries related to electronics products, ensuring they receive the best support possible.

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic devices and components.
• Guide customers through product features and assist them in maximizing their usage.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest products.
• Assist in developing support materials and resources for both customers and team members.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in electronics support or a technical support environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with common electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.
• A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment.
