Business Analyst

Your Role:

• Spot business needs, market trends & competition
• Suggest improvements for products & services
• Analyse and evaluate change requests
• Develop clear business requirements & acceptance criteria
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and IT
• Define business scope, target operating model & interfaces
• Follow up on change implementation, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)

Languages:

• Dutch – Good spoken communication
• French – Strong spoken communication
• English – Strong written & spoken communication

Education & Certification:

• Master's in Business Management or equivalent experience

Work Setup:

• 50% on-site & 50% remote

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience
• Strong business expertise in cards issuing & card transactions
• Knowledge of banking industry trends & players in Belgium
• Skilled in linking complex business topics with IT systems
• Business analysis experience, process design/reengineering, BI (bonus)
