Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PCM Core Team with hands-on support in process mapping, training material creation, and analysis and design of different parts of the new product-based agile organization.
• Work closely with the different Tribes and supporting teams to onboard them on the E2E prioritization process where you'll implement solutions that improve efficiency,agility, and customer experience part of the company's ongoing digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops across various transformation topics. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure sustained success.
• Own the feedback loop of the rollout collecting feedback, translating them into insights and into proposal for continuous improvement.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to Tribes to ensure sustained success of development of their digital iniatives

Your personality & background

• +10 years of exposure to Agile principals and methodologies including lean portfolio management, preferably in scaled set-ups at large international companies+5 years as part of company-wide transformation inatives, with a preference for product-based collaboration models.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices, preferably in the supply chain field.
• Familiarity with a wide range of digital tools such as ERPs, e-procurement platforms, project management software and business intelligence tools.
• Digital-savvy and quick to learn new tools and ways of working.
• Experience with project management principles and methodologies
• A design mindset—comfortable with experimentation and learning fast.
• Positive, with a team-player mind-set
• Proactive self-starter
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
