A boutique management consulting firm is looking to expand its team in Brussels with 3 new hires, delivering complex change and transformation projects across multiple sectors.
Having established some key client relationships in the region in the last 2 years with consultants travelling over from the UK to resource the projects, now is the time to build a local team. They are looking to hire at both manager and senior consultant level to establish a team in Brussels with individuals excited to take the lead on delivering complex change programs.
Having already built offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Ireland and the UK, Belgium is their next office hub so are looking to build and develop a close knit team capable of delivering complex change solutions for their clients. This is the chance to be a driving force in developing this team and establishing the firm in the Belgian market. They already have clients and projects with a strong pipeline into 2026, so you would we working on projects from day 1.
