Requirements:

• Languages: English (mandatory) + Dutch or French (at least one local language).
• Work setup: Hybrid (50% on-site, 50% remote).
• Experience: 10+ years in software engineering and IT leadership.
• Technical (mandatory): IBM Cloud (dMZR), Java, J2EE.
• Technical (preferred): OpenText Exstream, Spring Cloud.
• Business (mandatory): Financial sector, Personal Finance.
• Soft skills: Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, rigor, communication, decision-making.
• Must-have: Prior IBM Cloud experience (preferably within a BNP entity).
