Performance marketer

  Mechelen, Belgium, with hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week working at our office in Mechelen)

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join us on our mission:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — with a strong focus on SEA & the Google network (YouTube, Display).
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, drawing data-driven insights to increase ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience on our website with the goal of boosting conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests to evaluate and optimize key campaign elements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages

Job requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, with an emphasis on SEA.
• Analytical mindset and confidence in using tools such as Google Analytics to assess and optimize performance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills: you can handle multiple campaigns at once.
• A data-driven approach that translates insights into impactful marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to provide structured input to creative teams and partners.
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
• Hands-on attitude: as part of a small team, you take ownership and step in where needed.
