Bioinformatics Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bioinformatics Specialist to join an international team working on genetic and computational research projects. In this role, will play a key part in translating complex scientific insights into actionable solutions for ongoing research initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in Bioinformatics or related discipline
• Strong experience in computational analysis and bioinformatics pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent scripting languages
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from large, complex datasets
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with cloud-based or high-performance computing environments
• Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
