SAP Developer

At Serbyte IT, we specialize in the outsourcing of professional technological services. For one of our key clients in Brussels, we are looking for a
Senior SAP Developer (ABAP + FIORI)
to join their international team.

Tasks

• Provide continuous and uninterrupted support, assistance, and corrective/adaptive maintenance throughout the contract period.

• Perform evolutionary maintenance, including the implementation of new functionalities, improvement of existing ones, and activities related to support and enhancement packages planned according to release cycles.

• Deliver specific support during key moments, such as year-end closing.

Requirements

Specific Experience Required

• Proven experience in ABAP development.

• Strong knowledge of ABAP and ABAP Objects programming languages.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP-based technologies: Dynpros, ALV tables, Webdynpros, BSP, workflows, SAPscripts, Smartforms, Adobe forms, user-exits, enhancements, switches, BADI, BTE.

• Interface technologies and standards (Idocs, REST, XML, BAPIs, batch-inputs).

• CDS Views and related technologies.

• ABAP development environment (dictionary, screen designer, programming editor, debugging functions, eCATT testing, LSMW, authorization objects).

• ADT development environment.

Additional Knowledge (considered a plus)

• Fiori programming using available stacks (CDS Views, RAP, Fiori Elements, BO).

• Fiori development tools (JavaScript, etc.).

• Fiori Launchpad customization (tiles, targets, etc.).

• CDS Views and Embedded Analytics.

Requirements

• Senior level: minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.

• Higher education degree.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to communicate in other EU languages will be considered an asset.

• EU nationality required.
