Your future role:
As
Strategic Project Manager – International Partnerships
, you will be responsible for developing La Redoute's distribution network in countries where no local team is present. You'll re-evaluate and redesign the current International Partnerships model, reassess business and geographical priorities, and help define a short-, medium-, and long-term development roadmap.
This is a strategic and operational role with a strong business development focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
Your main missions:
Strategy
- Support La Redoute's international expansion by reassessing the current International Partnerships model.
- Define, propose, and implement a 3-to-5-year development plan for International Partnerships, in collaboration with business developers, support teams (finance, operations, marketing), and under the supervision of the CEO Northern Europe and international development.
- Identify the most relevant business models and key geographies, as well as the core projects required to succeed.
Partner selection & international business relationship management
- Conduct benchmarks and market studies.
- Identify and target potential partners capable of distributing the La Redoute offer.
- Identify and engage with initial prospective partners.
Internal coordination & process implementation
- Define internal partner management processes in coordination with La Redoute teams.
- Act as the communication link between international partners, the international department, and Global teams.
- Confirm alignment of trademarks and product offers.
What we expect from you:
- A Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Strategy or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in international franchise development, retail expansion, or partnership management with a deep understanding of international business environments and franchise models.
- A proven track record in setting up and managing franchise or distribution networks across multiple countries.
- Fluent English and French required (spoken and written).
- Strong skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and partnership contracs.
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
