• 5+ years of proven experience mentoring and coaching individuals and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.

Should Have

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven ability to coach diverse technical profiles.
• 3+ years of experience working with Cloud Platform teams.
• 3+ years of experience coaching cross-functional development and operations teams.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience supporting Agile business transformations.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, structures, roles, and resources across ICT organizations.
