General Summary
The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist to assist with the collection of outstanding invoices, and the credit review of new and existing customers. The role will be responsible for the customer ageing balance of a division and will act as single point of contact for its customers regarding their debts, payment dates/plans and disputes.
The credit collection specialist will lead the review and update calls with the stakeholders. This position is international with a focus on the EMEA region, especially the Middle East. This is a Hybrid role with a Brussels location.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Be the first line of support for our customers regarding their open invoices, in particular:
Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
Update credit collection sheet (summary of collection efforts by client)
Ensure that the Center of Creative Leadership customer credit management processes are updated and continue to perform efficiently:
Ability to analyze the financial status of present and future customers

Education And Experience
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Collection / Credit Management environments. The ideal candidate has:
Experience in collection process
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Experience in MS D365 or any other ERP system
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
