Communications & Marketing Intern

 
We're looking for a Communications & Marketing Intern

cecoforma, a Brussels-based agency specialised in European projects, events and communication campaigns, is seeking a motivated intern to support our communications team.

 This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both institutional communication and visibility campaigns — from EU projects to exhibitions and OOH initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Draft and publish content for social media, website and newsletters
• Support communication around high-level EU events and campaigns
• Assist in the planning, deployment and monitoring of visibility campaigns (OOH and digital)
• Contribute to creative visual content (social media visuals, infographics, short videos)
• Monitor media trends, collect data, and prepare communication reports
• Support event communication and research

What we're looking for:

• Strong writing and communication skills in English (any other language is an asset)
• Background in Communication, Marketing, EU Affairs, or related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Skills in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite; video editing is a plus
• Interest in institutional communication, cultural projects, and marketing campaigns
• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment

 
Location: Brussels (Arts-Loi)

 Starting date: January 2026.
Duration: 3–6 months (depending on academic requirements)
