Project Manager


  • Project Planning:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Project Execution:

  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards project goals.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Track and report on project expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including the executive team and clients.

  • Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.

  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and maintain robust quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management activities.

  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the project team.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to the Head of Project Management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).

  • Experience in project management, with a focus on aerospace or technology projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for UAV development is a plus.
