Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Track and report on project expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including the executive team and clients.
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management activities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the project team.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
