ENGSO Youth is hiring: Part-Time Visuals and Communications Officer
Tasks:
- Creation and development of ENGSO Youth communication plan, including ENGSO Youth Newsletter and monthly communications;
- Managing ENGSO Youth's social media channels and website (Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, LinkedIn);
- Visuals and communication of ENGSO Youth projects, advocacy actions and communication campaigns;
- Branding & marketing of ENGSO Youth;
- Managing ENGSO Youth communication archive;
- Graphic design of visuals for ENGSO Youth digital communications: website, social media and other online platforms;
- Graphic design of visuals and promotion material, web and print, for project implementation;
- Graphic design of ENGSO Youth position papers, handbooks, documents and other;
- Pictures and videos shooting creation during the events to support the communication activities;
- Developing the organisation's brand, marketing and online presence within International social media communities;
Qualifications and skills needed:
- Knowledge of Adobe collection, especially Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator;
- Knowledge of Wordpress: support with the website development and management, landing and project pages creation;
- Knowledge of web-based and print graphics design;
- Knowledge of digital communications platforms and its use for the promotion of the organisation
- Basic knowledge of pictures and video creation;
- Educational background in graphic design or interactive and digital communication;
- Excellent written and oral English;
- Basic knowledge of EU policies relevant to the field: sport; youth & employment, equality, sustainable development, etc.
- Well-developed time management skills.
- Experience with video, animation and motion design would be considered as an asset.
