Process Development Scientist – Injectables

Are you a scientist with hands-on experience in drug product development and a passion for injectable therapies? We are supporting a leading biopharma company in Belgium to recruit a Process Development Scientist for their Injectable Drug Product team.

About the role:

• Support fill & finish process development for syringes, vials, and cartridges
• Conduct compatibility studies, sampling, and protocol writing
• Monitor manufacturing to ensure product quality and integrity
• Collaborate with Project Leads, CMOs, and clinical manufacturing teams
• Contribute to projects in Phase 3 clinical development, with potential exposure to Phase 1 projects

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years in manufacturing or production support
• Knowledge of fill & finish processes (even indirect)
• Strong scientific critical thinking and independence
• Clear communication skills in English
• Start date: on 01/11/2025

Nice to have:
experience with injectables, syringes, or working with CMOs
