In October 2025, Arno Ristorante will open its doors - a stylish fine-dining restaurant located at the heart of a brand-new event center in Ghent. Arno brings the flavors and atmosphere of Tuscany to life in a warm, vibrant setting where guests feel welcomed and valued. We're looking for a waiter/waitress who enhances the guest experience with care and attention to detail - from the first smile to the final espresso.

• Warmly and attentively welcome guests, anticipating their needs and wishes.
• Ensure smooth service during lunch and dinner, together with the service and kitchen team.
• Present food and drinks with knowledge and care, happily sharing details about our menu or wine selection when needed.
• Keep the dining area clean and elegant, contributing to a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
• Pass on any guest questions or feedback to the Restaurant Manager or chef de rang.
• Contribute to a welcoming culture where both colleagues and guests feel at home.

• Experience as a waiter or in a similar role is a strong plus, but not a must – your motivation and guest-oriented mindset are what matter most.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 10:00 and 00:00, including weekends and holidays.
• A team player with an eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills – fluent in Dutch or English (additional languages are a plus).
• Interested in a full-time (38h) or part-time position.

Cyclists, scooter users, and speed pedelec riders can easily access us via safe, well-developed bike paths and use our convenient on-site bike storage. Public transport is also an excellent option, with tram and bus stops within walking distance and smooth connections via De Lijn.
