Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and relevant conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately and report on trends and customer feedback for service improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure effective communication.
Requirements- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly through social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
