The Role

Our client is looking for a
hands-on Finance Manager
to:

• Lead the
  quarterly closings
  and deliver accurate financial reporting to the shareholders
• Act as a
  trusted financial partner
  to the Managing Partner (ex-Big 4 background)
• Implement or strengthen
  controlling, reporting and performance monitoring processes

Profile

• Solid background in
  finance/controlling
  , ideally in
  real estate
  (asset management, development, private equity, etc.)
• Strong experience with
  quarterly closings and reporting
• First experience in
  managing people
  or strong willingness to step up
• Able to bring
  structure, reliability, and leadership
  to a transforming environment
• Dutch is mandatory
  , French is a plus
