Co-Founder: Head of Operations, Community & Partnerships

Our mission?
Break taboos, restore confidence, raise awareness around prostate cancer
, and change how incontinence is addressed — with real solutions that work.

We've launched in
Belgium & the Netherlands
. We have customers, products, and a small team — and now we're ready to scale.

I'm looking for a
co-founder to lead operations, community and partnerships
— someone who loves to bring structure, manage projects, and build relationships with real impact.

Your role (flexible, evolving, and yours to shape)

You'll build the systems, partnerships and community that hold Robin together and move it forward.

Community & Partnerships

• Build our social voice & community presence
• Manage collaborations with ambassadors & NGOs
• Initiate and grow partnerships with urologists and medical experts
• Support campaign rollout with content, comms & planning
• Help build the internal ops & marketing team as we growµ

Operations & Customer

• Lead internal projects (product launches, logistics, coordination)
• Own and improve fulfilment, returns & logistics (with our partner)
• Build better customer support (VA, tools, flows)
• Oversee platform operations (Shopify, basic QA & updates)
• Coordinate freelancers (support, content, admin)

Antwerp (coworking) or remote
