The opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned and energetic
Director in EU Tech Policy
to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an accomplished public affairs professional with a proven ability to lead client relationships, manage complex policy discussions, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and strategy of a boutique firm with high ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and provide strategic policy advice on EU tech issues.
• Oversee client accounts and mentor a growing team.
• Drive business growth by securing new opportunities.
• Represent the firm at high-level policy forums and industry events.
• Contribute to the company's strategy, culture, and thought leadership.

The ideal
candidate
profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public affairs consultancies, government, in-house, or trade associations, with a strong focus on tech policy. Previous experience working in one or more of the following policy areas is considered a plus: cybersecurity, telecoms, platforms or sustainability.
• Recognized EU tech policy expertise with a strong network across EU institutions and industry.
• Strong leadership and proven skills in managing client relationships and client teams.
• Business acumen to grow accounts and spot new opportunities.
• Excellent command of English; other EU languages are a plus.
