Prudential Regulatory Advisor

Scope and Purpose

• Identifying reguIatory trends and monitoring the development of international and EU regulation in the field of banking and financial regulation with particular regard to prudential regulation
• Drafting the bank's positions and presenting them to policy makers
• Early detection of banking prudential regulatory trends at international and European level
• Gathering and communicating intelligence on regulatory risks within the banking Group
• Providing related analysis; gathering internal feedback on regulatory proposals and drafting position papers
• Playing a proactive role with the key stakeholders (such as trade associations, policy makers, etc.)

Required Experience

1 - 3 years of experience in the role is required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Economics, Law or Political/diplomatic sciences
• Ability to synthetize large volume of information and identifying the key issues
• Ability to produce high quality work to meet challenging deadlines
• Fluent in English and Italian – written and oral; other languages are an asset
