 reference for chocolatiers in the Americas

Chocolate World is a Belgian leader in professional chocolate moulds, machinery, and accessories — serving over 
50,000+ clients worldwide

We're on a mission to become 
the
 go-to partner for chocolatiers in the USA, and we're looking for a 
motivated, entrepreneurial go-getter
 to make it happen.

This isn't a "follow the playbook" job — there is no playbook. You'll be the one 
designing the strategy
, building the network, and growing our footprint in the US .

Your mission

Grow Chocolate World's presence in the Americas.

Create and execute new growth initiatives — from increasing sales and partnerships to exploring a US warehouse or local e-commerce.

Build relationships with chocolatiers, distributors, and key industry players.

Act as the bridge between our Belgian HQ and the US market.

 Co-design and jointly shape the strategy

Your profile

2–5 years in business development, sales, strategy, or similar.

Growth mindset — curious, adaptable, and proactive.

Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to make things happen.

Passion for premium food, chocolate, or craftsmanship is a plus.

Strong communicator, comfortable working independently.
