Join a leading port operator in Oman as a Terminal Operations Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing and coordinating high-impact terminal activities. This is an opportunity to lead a strong operational team, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of bulk and project cargo.

What You Will Do

As Terminal Operations Supervisor, you'll spend the majority of your shift on the ground, guiding vessel and landside operations, supporting your team, and responding to operational challenges in real time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising cargo handling activities across vessel operations, delivery, warehousing, and logistics
• Planning vessel berthing in coordination with yard planners and allocating resources accordingly
• Monitoring performance, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Leading and mentoring shift supervisors, foremen, and operators, fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Enforcing health and safety standards and ensuring proper training and instruction for all staff
• Liaising with customers, shipping agents, and port authorities to maintain smooth operations
• Identifying process improvements and supporting their implementation alongside the Operations Manager

What You'll Bring to the Table

You're a proactive and safety-conscious leader with solid experience in port and terminal operations. You bring:

• At least 6 years of experience in maritime, port, or terminal operations
• Strong expertise in bulk and project cargo handling
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Sound knowledge of operational procedures and cargo characteristics
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written, minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency with systems such as Microsoft Office, HRMS, EXB, and Master Terminal Navis (MTN)
