About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Annual Report Project Manager
to coordinate the end-to-end production of our upcoming
Annual and Integrated Reports
. This is a critical project role requiring excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
You will act as the central point of contact between
internal contributors (Finance, Governance, ExCom, Audit Committee, Patient Engagement, SMEs)
and
external partners (creative agencies, translation vendors, web developers, printers)
.
Your goal is to ensure that our
Annual Report and associated deliverables
are delivered on time, to the highest standard, and fully compliant with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership
: Design and manage the project timeline for the full annual report cycle, from content planning to publication. - Stakeholder Coordination
: Organise Steering Committee meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and drive actions across ExCom, Board members, subject matter experts, and internal teams. - Content & Review Management
: Consolidate inputs from Finance, Governance, ESG, and other contributors. Track multiple review rounds and ensure deadlines are met. - Agency & Vendor Management
: Oversee creative/design agency, translation vendors, and digital/web partners. Manage Statement of Work agreements, briefing packs, and deliverables. - Governance & Compliance
: Ensure all insider lists, governance disclosures, and regulatory requirements are documented and approved. - Translations & Accessibility
: Manage the translation process into required EU languages. Ensure digital accessibility and alignment across all platforms. - Final Production & Publication
: Coordinate delivery of the report (print and digital), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely release to shareholders and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in
annual report production
(corporate, integrated, ESG, or statutory reports) –
essential
. - Strong background in
project management
within complex, matrix organisations (pharma/biotech experience highly desirable). - Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple senior stakeholders
(Board, ExCom, Audit, Governance Committees). - Hands-on experience working with
creative/design agencies, translation vendors, and report publishing processes
. - Excellent organisational, communication, and diplomacy skills – able to manage reviews under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Strong understanding of
corporate governance and regulatory timelines
related to annual reporting.
Languages: Fluent English required; French and/or Dutch a strong advantage.
Tools: Familiarity with
collaboration/project tracking platforms
and document review processes.
