About the position: 
Dual role:
1) Administrative assistant / office manager and 2) personal assistant to the CEO. This is in principle a part-time or freelance position, with the possibility to transition into a full-time (CDI) contract as the role evolves. Starting January 2026 (some flexibility on starting date).

Responsibilities:
- Administration
 : Management and communication with landlord and suppliers, contract renewals, managing office supplies, and contact with Belgian authorities.
- HR
 : Onboarding/offboarding, payroll administration, follow up on labour laws and social security system, manage employee benefits, and organisation of teambuiling and social activities.
- Finance:
 Invoicing,
 preparatory accounting tasks, and communication with the company's accountant.
- Meeting and event coordination
 : Logistical coordination of meetings, conferences, events and study trips.
- Personal assistant to CEO
 : Calendar and schedule management, travel arrangements, and more.
Qualifications:
- Education and experience
 : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or several years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Digital skills:
 Confident using standard office software (Microsoft 365).
- Languages
 : French and English required. Additional languages, especially Scandinavian ones, are a strong asset.
- Experience in social media and basic website management:
 Experience in this area is a strong advantage.
- Driver's license
 : An asset.
