The person we're looking for probably lives on
YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok
, not LinkedIn. You've likely worked with or been inspired by
lifestyle and creator-led brands
like Gymshark, Liquid Death, or Notion, brands that make people
feel
part of something bigger. That's exactly what we want for HirerPro: to bring it to life as a
lifestyle brand and movement
, not just another startup. We want content that's bold, visual, emotional, and disruptive, not the generic "startup marketing" everyone scrolls past.
Your Role
This is not a typical "marketing" or "creative director" job.
We're looking for a
creative operator
, someone who wants to
build a media ecosystem from scratch,
not plan campaigns from behind a desk.
You'll work directly with the founder to craft a
brand and media engine
that makes HirerPro impossible to ignore.
We're talking cameras, mics, editing tools, design boards, podcast rooms, and an endless stream of high-quality creative output. You'll create an environment, a visual identity, and a storytelling rhythm that make HirerPro feel
premium, exclusive, and aspirational,
a brand people are proud to be part of.
What You'll Do
You Might Be the One If
If you can also bring
brand strategy expertise
(positioning, messaging, emotional DNA), that's a
big plus
- but not a must.
If that's not your strength, we'll bring in a
fractional brand strategist
to support you while you focus on creating and producing at full speed.
