Consolidation Reporting Manager

We are seeking a
PI Reporting & Consolidation Lead
to join our global finance team and drive financial reporting excellence across our Patient Impact organization.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for consolidating financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions. You'll work closely with regional finance leads, transformation teams, and senior leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  global financial reporting & consolidation
  processes for Patient Impact.
• Aggregate and analyse financial, sales, and operational data across multiple systems.
• Develop
  standardized dashboards & reports
  to support strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting innovation.
• Support
  budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with
  IFRS standards
  and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years
  in financial reporting, consolidation, or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of
  IFRS accounting
  principles.
• Advanced skills in
  Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
  (e.g., Power BI).
• Proven experience in
  data consolidation, analysis, and executive reporting
  .
• Excellent
  communication and influencing skills
  across multicultural teams.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
