Project Lead – High Voltage Cable Projects

We are seeking a
Project Lead
to support
high-voltage cable infrastructure projects
across transmission-level voltages (36kV–380kV). The role includes technical coordination, planning, budgeting, and on-site supervision from project definition through to delivery and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support project phases including design, engineering, implementation, and close-out
• Conduct technical studies, develop and manage budgets, and oversee schedules
• Prepare tender documents and assist in procurement
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers during execution
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project
• Provide regular updates and progress reports

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics
  , or equivalent experience (
  required
  )
• Fluent in
  Dutch
  ; additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in project management or site coordination is an advantage
• Interest in energy infrastructure and HV systems

• Hybrid work possible after onboarding
• Projects span both office-based tasks and regular site visits
• Candidate must have a valid
