Demonstrable experience in UX/UI product design: designing digital products (web/applications) from concept to pixel-precise design in Figma.

Demonstrable experience in setting up, maintaining and applying a design system (component library + pattern guide)

Demonstrable Figma expertise: setting up, designing and maintaining component/design libraries in Figma, from wireframes to design specifications

Expert in visual design; demonstrable experience creating and delivering design systems.

Translating insights into wireframes and (interactive) prototypes

Demonstrable experience in UX research, workshop facilitation and content strategy Medior, should have

Experience with conversion-driven and corporate websites.

Design in close collaboration with front-end developers (Angular or similar).

Strategic collaboration with communications departments on brand identity, applying it in digital designs within the design system framework.

General Skills

Demonstrable experience as a Graphic Designer

Demonstrable experience as a UX designer

Demonstrable experience in creating layouts, templates, presentations

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Demonstrable experience in implementing designs in HTML, CSS

Demonstrable experience with photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

Communication: communicate clearly and in a structured manner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams with UX'ers, information architects, developers and communication officers.

Organization & planning: setting priorities and working in a structured manner in various parallel projects

Problem-solving: analyzing complex issues and translating them into workable design solutions.

Workshop facilitation: setting up and facilitating sessions with users and stakeholders.
