We're seeking a driven and energetic
Brand Ambassador
who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering unforgettable brand experiences. This role is more than sales – it's about building a lasting legacy in your market.

Key Requirements

We're looking for a
self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional
with a passion for premium drinks and a proven ability to hustle and deliver results in a competitive, multi-regional market.

Must-have attributes:

  • Sales or hospitality background
    (venue sales, liquor, FMCG or distributor experience preferred)
  • Ownership mentality
    – you treat the territory like your own business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    and ability to build rapport with key on- and off-trade partners
  • Willingness to
    work irregular hours
    , including
    evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prepared to travel
    regularly between in Ghana
  • Full driver's licence
    and access to a vehicle
  • RSA certified
    (or willing to obtain)

Preferred traits:

  • A
    natural storyteller
    with the ability to bring brands to life through tastings, training and events
  • Highly adaptable, confident under pressure and energised by the chase
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with HQ and distributors

Role & Responsibilities

As a
Brand Ambassador
, you will be the local face of three premium global spirits brands – driving volume, visibility, and brand love across multiple states.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth
    across Ghana through strategic account management
  • Planning and executing
    impactful activations
    , tastings, training sessions and trade events
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with
    on- and off-trade customers
    , distributor partners and industry stakeholders
  • Identifying and closing
    new business opportunities
    within the territory
  • Delivering on
    KPIs and territory targets
    with creativity, consistency and professionalism
  • Providing regular updates, insights and reports to the national sales team
