IT Solution Expert – Clinical Data Acquisition Systems (Freelance)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
IT Solution Expert
to support and maintain our client's
primary clinical data acquisition systems
(Medidata Suite – iMedidata, Rave, Coder, Cloud Admin) and
TrialGrid
platform.

This role involves system updates, validation, IT change management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain clinical data acquisition systems (Medidata Suite, TrialGrid)
• Manage system updates, impact assessments, and change requests
• Perform
  computerized system validation (CSV)
  and testing activities
• Handle access management tasks (granting/revoking user roles)
• Collaborate with internal IT, clinical, and vendor teams for incident resolution
• Contribute to system documentation and compliance reporting

Key Requirements:

• Experience with
  Medidata products
  (iMedidata, Rave, Coder, Cloud Admin)
• Computerized system validation & testing
  expertise
• Knowledge of
  IT change management
  and
  access management
  processes
• Project management experience in a pharmaceutical/clinical research setting
• 3+ years
  pharma industry experience;
  TrialGrid
  knowledge is a plus
• Strong technical documentation skills and fluent English
