Hybrid (2/5 homeworking)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand FOCUS web applications.
• Work with a new AI-driven system for processing visual material.
• Lead and coach developers in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Build pipelines for ML/AI deployment and optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack development with
  , React, PostgreSQL, Python
  .
• Strong experience in
  computer vision libraries (YOLO, OpenCV, Detectron2, TensorRT)
  .
• Dutch at
  C2/native level
  .
• Proven experience with
  Agile/Scrum
  and leadership.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of
  C++, Docker, CUDA/NVIDIA ecosystem
  .
• Familiarity with
  LLMs, VLMs, multimodal AI, vector databases (RAG)
  .
• Experience with
  PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
