Functional Consultant

Project and Portfolio Management Solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities?

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team by:

• Understanding Client Needs:
  Conducting thorough assessments through workshops and focus groups to grasp clients' business requirements.
• Designing and Implementing Solutions:
  Participating in the design, documentation, and setup of solutions, ensuring they align with threon's best practices and integrate seamlessly with external systems.
• Delivering Business Intelligence:
  Implementing Business Intelligence solutions, e.g. building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Automating Processes:
  Enhancing business efficiency by implementing automated workflows.
• Testing and Support:
  Performing unit and integration testing, supporting go-live activities, and handling maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to Training:
  Support training sessions and one-on-one meetings tailored to different user profiles.

What do you bring to the table?

• Fluency in both
  Dutch and English
  .
• 4-10 years of experience in
  implementing and integrating corporate tools
  (a plus is experience in implementing tools as Project Online, Planview or TargetProcess).
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using
  Power BI
  .
• Nice to have: experience with Javascript and C#
• Excellent
  analytical and research skills
  with sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Proactivity
  and a strong desire to maintain close contact with customers.
• Payroll employment is preferred, but we're open for freelancers as well.
