The Job

• Perform the monthly and yearly closing both in local GAAP as in IFRS, assisted by the Finance teams of both shareholders (EOS Group & Alpha Credit)
• Provide monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and (financial) forecasts in both domains (Finance / Controlling) with respect towards deadlines
• Implement and improve tools/models/reportings enabling the top management to closely monitor the financial performance of the company
• Close collaboration with the Finance & Controlling departments in the two mother companies (EOS & Alpha Credit, part of the BNP Paribas Group) and auditing services
• Assist and Develop in close cooperation with the Managing Director the budgets and financial plans for the company, based on research and data reports

Participate in the international exchange program with other EOS Group subsidiaries in Europe about all finance related topics affecting EOS Aremas

Your profile:

Must-have

• Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field
• experience in finance and controlling (with preference in a financial services environment)
• outstanding mathematical skills
• solid written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• organizational skills: high attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, analytical skills
• computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
• honesty; integrity; reliability; team player; stress-resistant

Nice-to-have

• knowledge of PowerBI, Controlling and Accounting tools

Education

Master's degree in economics or similar qualification

Required experience / knowledge

3 years' relevant experience in performance management

Technical experience:

Strong MS Office (Excel) skills

Business experience:
