Join Inchcape Belux as a
Teamleader Accounts Payable (AP)
and supervise a small team responsible for the efficient management of supplier invoices, payments, and employee expenses. You will ensure timely processing, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and contribute to monthly closings in a dynamic multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify supplier invoices
- Execute timely payments and manage payment schedules
- Maintain vendor records and resolve billing queries
- Assist with month-end closings and compliance reporting
- Identify process improvements and support automation efforts
- Manage a small team in your department
What We're Looking For:
- Highschool, Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 4+ years of AP experience is required, but would be a large plus
- ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good communicator
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and multi-currency environments a plus
- Ambition to manage a small team
- People management experience is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Proficient in English
